History
History of The Calibre Cup
The Calibre Cup began about 13 years ago as a friendly single game competition between Glidden and Cloverdale. In 2001, the tournament became a 4-team event; then a 6-team event in 2002; and a 8-team competition for each year since. Thanks to all who contribute their time and resources to making this tournament such a fun event!

Point System
- Each game will have a total of 10 points awarded.
- 2 points will be awarded to a team for winning a period, A tie in a period is 1 point for each team.

The Calibre Cup is a social event intended to bring people wokring in the painting and construction industries together; to enjoy some laughs and tell some stories, and to get a good skate in too! It is our strong desire that participants and spectators have a wonderful experience during this event, and to accomplish this we ask that everyone respect each other, the referees, the facility staff, the volunteers, and the spirit of sportsmanship. Have fun out there, and remember: One man engaging in sportsmanship is better than 10 teaching it!
